Our client is seeking a skilled DevOps Lead to join their Systems Engineering team. As a DevOps Lead, you will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining the tools and infrastructure that support efficient software development and reliable releases. This role requires close collaboration with Development Leads, Solution Architects, Security professionals, and Product Owners to implement transformation roadmaps and manage cloud and hybrid infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will automate processes using tools like Terraform and GitHub Actions, ensuring seamless workflows and managing any issues that arise. Clear communication and documentation are crucial as you’ll document releases, manage database migrations, and support development teams in releasing their work. You will also take ownership of DevOps decision-making while collaborating with other teams to find solutions that best meet their needs.

Additionally, you will lead junior DevOps engineers and work with external suppliers. Fostering a collaborative and motivating atmosphere within your team, you will assist in training and development to ensure high performance.
