Role Overview:
The Channel Sales Manager will be a key player in the EMEA sales team, focusing on executing the channel strategy and managing partnerships to drive growth. This role is crucial in managing existing partners and acquiring new ones, specifically within the Service Providers, SMB, and Mid-market sectors. Working closely with the SVP EMEA, you will drive sales performance, develop partner relationships, and ensure the consistent achievement of growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies that align partner relationships with our client’s goals.
Drive growth by nurturing existing partners and onboarding new ones, with a particular focus on Service Providers, SMB, and Mid-market customers.
Consistently meet revenue, customer acquisition, and retention targets by managing sales strategies and growth initiatives.
Analyze sales performance, provide detailed pipeline and forecast management, and deliver reports to management on partner performance and market trends.
Represent our client at key industry events, conferences, and company roadshows, acting as the face of the brand.
Capture and communicate industry insights to product, marketing, and technology teams to ensure our client stays ahead of market needs.
Skills and Experience:
Business, Marketing, or a related degree.
Strong understanding of channel-centric go-to-market models.
Experience selling to SMB, Mid-market, and Enterprise customers.
Previous experience working with or for major players such as Microsoft, CISCO, or Vodafone is highly preferred.
Proven sales management experience, with a track record of operating in a SaaS environment.
Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and solution-selling methodologies.
Expertise in Salesforce.com and experience in fast-paced, rapid-growth environments, such as start-ups or scale-ups.
Ability to travel up to 50% as required.
